Judgment

My participation in a Christian ministry program helped me to recognize the need for more accountability in my life. This piece represents my efforts to restore balance to my life and embark on a path of sobriety through the Twelve Step program. The antique mass card is an image of transformation through prayer, a key aspect of the Twelve Step program. The red and black colors displayed in the glitter and feathers traditionally are used to represent the emotions of anger and depression.
